We accept returns only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

 

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 

 

 

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:


  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your item is defective
  • You received the wrong item

 

Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue


Return Eligibility (If Approved)

If your claim is approved:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Returns sent without approval will not be accepted
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our quality standards

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the error was on our part.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale:


  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Personal care or hygiene products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or improper handling
  • Delays caused by customs, carriers, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


Order Issues & Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for:


  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

If eligible, refunds will be issued instead.

 

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel within 14 days as required by law.


However:


  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

 



Refund Processing

 

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Processing time: 7–14 business days after inspection
  • Bank processing times may vary
